Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase — but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the time you received it in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- In original condition, with all tags attached;
- Returned in the original packaging;
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return
Please go to [Contact] and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization. Make sure to add your order number. After approval, you’ll receive further instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Unauthorised returns (items sent back without contacting us first) will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
