Valorre Clothing ships within the European Union. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates do not include import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
