Order Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will also be shown at checkout based on your location.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within the European Union, except Malta.
Please note that some regions may experience longer delivery times due to location or carrier limitations.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Valorre Clothing is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during or after shipping.
All applicable charges (e.g., tariffs, import taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
Valorre Clothing is not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for your claim.
